Ellie is an experienced artist who creates detailed, lifelike pet portraits in watercolour and pencil. Inspired by her love of animals, she has been specialising in painting and drawing dogs and puppies for fellow dog lovers since 2015.

Ellie works from photos as a reference to create a unique, hand-drawn pet portrait that will last a lifetime. Using only the highest quality art supplies, Ellie puts hours of painstaking work into every portrait to make sure that each detail from whisker to nose dimple captures your pet’s soul and personality.

A hand-crafted portrait is the perfect way to celebrate your love for your pet. They also make a meaningful gift for someone special or as a memorial to a pet who has passed on.

How to order your pet portrait

To order just Email me at petportraitsbyellie@gmail.com with:

1. Photos of your pet

I work from photos and the better the photo, the better the portrait will turn out! I will need some clear, well lit, high resolution photos. For more information on how to choose the right photo click here. 

2. Size and material you would like

See above for sizes and prices.

3. If you need it by a particular date

Pet portraits generally take a few weeks to make, and I usually have a waiting list. I will let you know an estimate of when I'll be able to create the portrait when you book. If you have a particular date in mind let me know and I'll do my best!

4. Payment

Payment can be made upfront via Etsy, bank transfer or PayPal.

5. Shipping

Let me know your location and I will send a shipping quote. Your portrait will be safely packaged :)
